With over 14 years of focused experience in producing professional chef knives, we have honed our expertise in blade crafting, heat treatment, and precision sharpening. Our product range includes a wide variety of kitchen cutlery (chef knives, utility knives, bread knives, and paring knives) and versatile scissors (kitchen shears, tailor's scissors, and multi-function shears), all designed to deliver exceptional sharpness, balance, and comfort.

Quality Control
We have established a 6-person QC team (with an average of 5+ years of experience) to conduct inspections at every stage, from raw material incoming to final packaging. All products pass salt spray tests, sharpness tests, and drop tests, guaranteeing a qualified rate of over 98% to meet EU/US market standards.
